Where we stand at the bargaining table in other Districts should tell us a lot about what AT&T, Verizon and CenturyLink truly think about their employees. All of these companies are well established and extremely profitable due in large part to the hard working employees who perform their work functions day in and day out to provide the best possible customer experience that these companies will allow. But customer service is not what it has been, nor what it should be. This is to advise you that the Union, Districts 1, 3, 4, and 6 have been is discussions about the sale of Yellow Pages to Cerberus since Wednesday, April 11, 2012. We have made multiple data requests and have had extensive discussions about the sale and the effects of the sale on the Members covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some progress has been made in our discussions and we will continue to work hard for you as Members.

Discussions continued until late Saturday afternoon, at which time we recessed the discussions. The discussions are expected to continue shortly and we will discuss the information requested and ask the appropriate questions of the Company.

As more information becomes available we will keep you advised.

Listed below are dates that AT&T Mobility will implement the following payroll and contractual changes to the 2012 Labor Agreement.

4/20/2012 - Ratification Bonus will be paid
4/29/2012 - Implementation of Article 21, Section 6 language
5/01/2012 - Tentative date of on-call pay increase for Network Technicians
6/01/2012 - Wage increase and lump sum general increase for those with pay protection including retro pay from 2/25/2012
6/10/2012 - Movement into all new titles

Programming and testing for the thirteen step wage table will be taking place during the month of May and will have to be completed prior to the general increase, retro pay, and movement into new titles.

CWA Local 6300 AT&T Legacy T Members overwhelmingly authorized the National Executive Board of the Communications Workers of America to call a strike if necessary against AT&T Legacy T.
